The day before both transfers Mr Mun confirmed booking with a Whatsapp message providing a photo of our drivers Brilliant Service. The MiniVan arrived on time for both trips and the 2 hour plus journey was very comfortable . He was very professional, friendly and chatty. He even brought along a pot of local popcorn for us, as it was a longer ride. He communicated with us via WhatsApp and we were able to arrange 3 transfers before we flew to Thailand. All the collections ran smoothly, all on time, the vehicles were all extremely comfortable, clean and well driven, messages were sent easily between us and he ensured we got to all of our destinations on or ahead of time (this included a ferry transfer also) Our last transfer from Koh Lanta to Krabi Airport was done by Mr Mun himself, what a lovely, engaging and throughly decent guy. Brilliant services, it took 1 hour 40 mins from Airport to Koh Lanta, I don't know why people say it is 3 hours. We travelled between 15 of Dec to 22 of Dec 2019. They were roght at where they needed to be at the given time, baby seat has been provided. The driver picked me up at the airport holding my name on a sign. He also offered me a free bottle of water. The car was very luxury and spacious, it almost felt like a limousine. The driver was waiting for us on arrival with a large clean comfortable vehicle and drinking water provided. Driving standard was very good. Return transfer was punctual again with large clean car. Communication before was good and no problems paying before travel with credit card. Would highly recommend this company.
